FIT10 TERMS AND AGREEMENTS

FIT10 Cancellation Policy
Due to our providing same day service on most items we sell, cancellations must be requested the same day the order was placed, before 5:00 pm EST. If you wish to cancel or change your order, you must contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped, and you still wish to cancel it, we must treat it as a return and you may not be eligible to receive a refund of the S/H and return postage.


FIT10 Return Policy
You may return your FIT10 Ten Minute Exercise Program sold and fulfilled by Fitex Solutions, LLC, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund of your payment, minus shipping cost,. To receive your full refund, all pieces of equipment received must be included in the box when returned. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


FIT10 Refund Policy
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.


Shipping/Delivery Policy
Our goal is to offer you the fastest and lowest-cost shipping method. We use several shipping carriers including United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS). We will automatically select the lowest priced carrier when you submit your order so that you receive the best possible price and delivery time. Orders shipped to APO, FPO and PO Boxes are automatically sent via USPS. We do not require a signature for UPS or USPS shipments.

Our shipping policy is to make every effort to ship your product to you on the day you order or the following business day. If shipment of your order is delayed, Fitex Solutions, LLC will notify you by email.
